Iconic building of Paris, Ihe POPB is an emblematic building in Paris, one of those which contributed to strengthening the East of the City, precursor of the era of the works of the Ministry of Finance in the immediate vicinity, and of the François Mitterrand Library which makes it facing left bank. The objectives of the renovation are ambitious: to breathe new life into Bercy, to bring the hall up to the level of the largest arenas in the world in terms of hosting events and the public, and to include the project in an eco-responsible approach.

Requalification of outdoor spaces

ATEVE is mainly involved in the requalification of the outdoor spaces of the Palais Omnisport. On the program, the complete resumption of the insulation, the waterproofing and the surface coverings of the passageways and the grassy embankments, the bringing to the standards of accessibility of the building by the removal of the steps of the main access and by the development of a PMR ramp nested in steps on a drop of 5.50 m and the qualitative treatment of the surroundings of Bercy Aréna.
