The development project for the extension of the Rebetz golf course,located east of Chaumont-en-Vexin (60), includes the creation of 18 additional holes and a golf residence, on either side of the existing golf course. With the extension to the south of 36 ha and to the north of 30 ha, the estate will cover a total area of 135 ha. The golf residence, located on either side of the current golf course, includes the establishment of 143 accommodations and two additional 9-hole courses.
Development of outdoor spaces
ATEVE is mainly involved in the development of the outdoor spaces of the Rebetz estate and the sizing of two ornamental pools with a total surface area of 4,200 m². ATEVE has sized the public spaces in such a way as to alternately manage rainwater with a "zero discharge" objective for a rainstorm every two years. The integration of retention structures (slight depressions, planted valleys ensuring the treatment of rainwater, etc.) contributes to the landscape quality of the site. ATEVE also intervenes at the design stage on the servicing of the golgic residences and the sizing of the estate's fire safety.
